This website does not create student accounts or process payments. Registration and account management happen through the linked studio services.
When you contact us
When you submit the contact form, your name, email, chosen program and message are sent to the studio through Cloudflare Email Service so we can reply. The website does not keep a separate database of inquiries. The message remains in the studio’s email system. Please do not include sensitive personal details.
When you use our AI guide
Your questions and recent conversation are sent through Cloudflare to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate a reply using published website information. Provider processing and retention are governed by its terms. Chat text is kept in this browser tab’s session storage so it survives a reload. Start over clears the saved conversation. We do not store transcripts on our server. Daily request counts and rotating hashed visitor identifiers are retained briefly to limit abuse. Do not include private information about children, health, accounts or payments.
Email updates
The email signup link opens our existing signup provider. Review the information on that page before subscribing. You can use the unsubscribe link in its emails to stop receiving updates.
Other services
Dance Studio Pro, GoMotion, Nimbly, BAND, donation providers and other linked services have their own privacy practices. We use links to these services so you can choose when to visit them.
Cookies & hosting
This site does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare hosts the site and provides Turnstile spam protection for the contact form. Those services process technical request information, including your IP address, to deliver and protect the website.
